1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and a replacement is not available.
The order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as unavailability of fabric or design).
Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Slight variations in color or embroidery (as each piece is handcrafted)
Custom or made-to-order garments
2. Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at info@sairuljorihouse.com
Provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the defect/damage
A short explanation of the issue
Once your request is approved, you will be notified via email.
3. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Store Credit Option
If preferred, we can issue a store credit of equal value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
5. Cancellation Refund
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement (and before processing begins) are eligible for a full refund.
Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation is not possible.
