Return & Exchange Policy
At Sairul Jori House, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
We do not accept returns for custom-made, made-to-order, or altered products.
The item must be:
Unused and unwashed
In its original condition
With original tags, packaging, and invoice
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@sairuljorihouse.com with:
Order number
Photos of the product and damage/defect
Brief description of the issue
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days at the customer’s cost, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Replacement / Exchange
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer:
A replacement of the same product, or
An exchange with a similar product (if the same is unavailable)
4. No Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. In case the product is unavailable, we may issue store credit for future purchases.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the issue is our error.
